How to Log In to UKG Pro

To log into UKG Pro you will use your user name and default password. 

Your user name is a combination of your first and last name along with the 2 digit month and day of your birthdate.

User Name:  FirstNameLastNameMMDD
Default Password:  Your Date of Birth MMDDYYY

Sample:  John Doe, birthday March 5, 1962

John’s user name is johndoe0305 and his default password is 03051962

Step 1:  Go to e22.ultipro.com

Step 2:  From the login page enter your user name and default password.

Step 3:  Upon successful login you will be prompted to change your password and set your security questions.

Your new password must meet the following minimum password requirements:

            Length:  8-50

            Letters: 2

            Uppercase: 1

            Lowercase: 1

            Special characters: 1
